- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This hr block location is horrible. I have nothing but bad ecperiences with this location. Ive used hr block for my taxes fir the past 6 years and never had bad experiences like with this location. I work in the customer service field and believe me this is the worst customer service and slowest tax place. Do not go here. Believe me. Ive been wanting on my taxes for over 3 weeks. All my other friends and family filed after me with other tax companies and have gotten there refunds. Now there telling me another week!By A Google User, May 19, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Horrible! Absolutely horrible! We usually file on line but we decided to "let the professionals" handle our taxes. Our big mistake! My husband stopped by to get the paperwork started until we could get a sitter for our kiddos. They told him that they do not do walk ins( which is not true) and he had to make an appointment. After waiting all day, we were finally seen. Our case worker didnt really seem to know what she was doing but we just wanted to get it done. $300 + later, which will be taken out of our tax return, she gave us several business cards to give out to our friends and we went home. Today, my husband tried to find out when we were getting our return. Nearly an hr and a half long phone call with HR Block lead us to find out that there was a "filing issue" and we have to go back to this place! Not only do they not have appointments til mid week next week, they couldnt even find our Tax preparer on file! Never again! Nope, NEVER! Not only did they lose a customer but they also will most likely lose more. We will tell everyone about our experience and if the "Tax Preparer" is still working there, I am positive that they will lose more!By IoneMahina, February 24, 2017
