  They are never open. Their hours are that of the Blue Collar when they are not! My bills have been late and overdue because of them never being open!

  how annoying to want to call the branches on a Saturday but they all call the main branch on north 6th, or have the busy signal at the rolling green location. I know they are open early on Saturdays... according to the website the north 6th location is and rolling green until 2pm, but it's not. I live by the main branch... Dont know why that's not open, but the rolling green is? Anyway just wish could get through to the actual open location on rolling green begore driving all the way from judge ely. Might want to update the website or put a phone number for the rolling green location that actually works. I've had this bank since i was 16... I'm 29 now.. never really habe issues but this one time. I called Thursday to inquire about loans, and was told i would be called back Friday, but wasn't . I waited until it was too late to call the bank because i thought "24 hour loan service " meant that it woyld all be open 24 hours, but apparently you can only apply 24 hrs... nothing else. They can't even tell you if you were approved, you have to go into the actual locations... but can't do that if your hours are all wonky ! Im really annoyed.. like i said been with this bank well over 10 years and never really had issues until now. Also, they are closed A LOT. Any kind of holiday? Literally... like Columbus day too. Who closes on these days???? Just don't expect to go to this bank from close on the Thursday before a "holiday" until open the Tuesday after... My dad has this bank too, which is how i have it.. only reason I'm still with it is because I'm too lazy to switch and have lived in Abilene forever so no need, but if i leave here there is no way I'd keep this bank. Why? So i could not go to the locations and not call them because they are never open and the website has incorrect hours?
